This category lists corsairs in the Redwall series. Corsairs are the de facto vermin pirates of the Redwall world, known for raiding both ships and coastal settlements. In many of the chronologically older books, corsairs often had crew galleys (as did corsairs in the real world), but this practice seems to have died out in favor of more modern ships, though none, however, are armed with cannons.

Most corsairs carry cutlasses and speak in either pirate slang or lower-class British accents. Rat corsairs are almost always referred to as sea rats and although the term corsair may be taken by some to mean a pirate who is not a rat, most if not all "corsair" vessels employ rats in addition to weasels, stoats, ferrets, and sometimes foxes.

Sea rats are inspired by people Brian Jacques knew while in the Merchant Marines.

Corsairs are featured most prominently in books such as Mariel of Redwall, Loamhedge, Pearls of Lutra, Martin the Warrior, The Legend of Luke, and The Rogue Crew.
