Dearie Lingl was a female hedgehog resident of Mossflower Woods, living in the Lingl-Dubbo Cave. She was the wife of Tirry Lingl and the mother of Gurmil, Tirg, Bitty, and Giller. She and Skarlath were known to make some very good cheeses between them. She was a very minor character, not much else is known.
