Floater was a weasel in Captain Tramun Clogg's crew, and one of the three who was in charge of the battering ram in the first Fort Marshank battle. He carried a dagger and a chipped sword, which he eventually replaced with a better blade that he took after its former owner, Gritter, died. He was killed by Felldoh via a short lance thrown through his back during the chase of Celandine. His sword and dagger were later taken by Brome as part of his disguise to sneak back into the Fort. Floater was one of Clogg`s best crewbeasts.
