Kligger was a male stoat in Wicky's band. He was short and carried a hatchet. Like his two companions, he was a bully and a coward.
When the three stoats stumbled across Brockhall, Kligger thought he saw treasure inside it and entered. He found no treasure, and instead discovered the three adders Zassaliss, Harssacss, and Sesstra. The snakes killed Kligger instantly and ate him.
