"Big" Kolun Galedeep was the male otter Skipper of the Galedeep otterclan and captain of the Rustynail. He was the brother of Lorgo Galedeep, husband of Deedero, and the father of Toobil and nine other otters.
Along with Lorgo, Leatho Shellhound, Banya Streamdog, the Long Patrol, and others (including his new Queen, Tiria Wildlough), he successfully led an attack against Riggu Felis.
After meeting the Long Patrol, Big Kolun enjoyed the idea of serving as an officer so much that he adopted a hare's speech pattern.

- Kolun Galedeep shares a surname with Finnbarr Galedeep. It is unknown if they were related.
