Luggi was a male sand lizard member of the Bloodrippers, and a friend of Wuzgo. Originally, Luggi served Queen Dukwina Drampik and her husband Dibby; however, when the pair were deposed by Ruggan Axehound, he and Wuzgo were appointed the new leaders of the Bloodrippers. Luggi was a minor character; nothing else is known.
