Nutbeak was an owl resident of Redwall Abbey. S/he was born in the Kitchen to Taunoc and Orocca. His/her siblings were Nutwing and Nutclaw. The owl was so named because of an obsession with the word "nut" when it was younger. Nutbeak, along with Nutclaw, eventually left the Abbey. Nutbeak was a minor character, nothing else is known.
