Herr Otto Kassel was a mustachioed strongman in the Travelling Rizzoli Troupe. After Ned was thrown back into the sea by the slavers who captured Ben, Otto found him and took him back to the cart, where he as cared for by the troupe.
Otto killed Bomba Shakal by breaking his neck. He fought the slavers at the Santa Filomena Convent with Sansone, Beppino, and Vincenzo.
