Pure Ferrets were the race of cruel ferrets who ruled the island of Riftgard from the Royal House of Riftgard Fortress. Physically, they were entirely white with pink eyes, suggesting that they may be albino. They were either fat and spoiled like King Agarnu and Prince Bladd, or dangerous warriors like King Sarengo and Princess Kurda. As a family, they enslaved others to do their bidding.
The Pure Ferrets spoke with an accent similar to real-world Vikings. Their race was seemingly wiped out by Trisscar Swordmaid, Redwallers, the Long Patrol, and former slaves. Pure Ferrets had their own writing system, the Royal House of Riftgard Script.
