Red And Blue Together is the title track of a Liverpool 7-inch vinyl released in 1986 in celebration of that year's FA Cup Final.
Brian Jacques is a featured vocalist, along with Ken Dodd (lead), Stan Boardman, Billy Butler, Pauline Daniels, Debi Jones and Johnny Kennedy. The entire group performed under the name "The Scousers."
Composer Frank Ravey was head teacher at St. Aidan's School; he recruited students to provide backing vocals.
Proceeds from the record were donated to the Give a child a chance (Radio City); Walton Hospital Leukemia Fund; the Royal School for the Blind, Watertree; and St. Aidan's School, Huyton.
Other contributors included the Knowsley Junior Guitarists (St. Lukes, English Martyrs, Malvern, Ravenscroft, Overdale Junior Schools).
Students Joanne, Nicky, Vikki, Danny, and Terry were featured on the B-side track, "Liverpool City We Love You."
