The Redwall MUCK was originally founded in 1995 by Brian Jones (also known as Otter). MUCK is an acronym for "Multi-User Chat Kingdom".
Server: redwall.realm.limitless.org, port 4203
The server was originally redwall.otterspace.com, with the original Redwall MUCK website being hosted at http://www.otterspace.com/~redwall. The site later moved to redwall.muck.limitless.org and http://redwall.muck.limitless.org respectively. In November 2008, the servers were changed to redwall.realm.limitless.org and http://rwmuck.limitless.org/rwmuck/.

Places on the MUCK
Redwall Abbey: Home to mostly woodlanders (mice, moles, shrews, hedgehogs, etc.) This is a very peaceful community; with a strict code on weapons and fighting, it is a safe haven to any beast following the rules.
Salamandastron: A mountain on the western coast. Hares form an army there, constantly battling pirates and other vermin. Traditionally they are (or were, rather, as there is not one there as of now) ruled by a badger lord.
Ruingate: The city of foxes. This place is ruled with an iron paw by the fox Lord. Fox are the highest of creatures in Ruingate, but vermin species of all sorts dwell there. This location is actually not from the Redwall series.
Ferravale: A village that's mostly peaceful vermin, but some woodlanders. This location is also not from the Redwall series.
