Rigglent was an unfortunate water rat in the army of the Marlfoxes. He was one of the Guard Commanders. He took part in a parade of the guards in the presence of Queen Silth. However, during a moment of silence, he was unlucky enough to drop his shield. Since he had drawn attention to himself, he was singled out by his Queen and asked if he had seen the White Ghost. When he answered quite honestly that he had not, as the ghost only appeared to Silth, the Queen assumed he had been asleep on duty. She had him thrown to the Teeth of the Deeps by Athrak and his magpies, as an example to the other rats. He was a minor character - nothing further is known.
