Ruglat was a surly male weasel crew member of Vizka Longtooth. He wore a a turban, and was assigned to guard the captured Orkwil Prink, Rangval the Rogue, and Mad Maudie along with Saltear and Undril.
After the trio freed themselves, Orkwil tripped Ruglat, causing him to fall onto his own spearpoint and die.
