Saltear was a fat, slovenly, bad tempered stoat in the crew of Vizka Longtooth. Along with Ruglat and Undril, he guarded Maudie, Rangval the Rogue, and Orkwil Prink. He was a friend of Ragchin.
After they freed themselves, Saltear charged Rangval, however Rangval kicked him hard in the neck, killing him instantly.
