Scratt was a male weasel soldier in the Thousand Eye Army who served under Cludd. He, along with Brogg and Fortunata, was sent to bring The Gloomer from Kotir to the River Moss. Scratt, like most members of Tsarmina Greeneyes's army, was fairly lazy and cowardly and often complained about following orders he did not understand or resented.
