Slipback was a male weasel in Burrad's band. He was Juppa's mate. Most of his back fur was missing, and after angering Badredd, the fox chopped his tail off. He and Flinky tried to assassinate Badredd but their attempt failed. He fled south with the others after the siege of Redwall Abbey and presumably settled in an area of plenty under Flinky, the new leader of the band.
