Snowstripe was a male badger of Salamandastron. He was the son of Russano the Wise and Lady Rosalaun. He was younger than his sister Melanius by three seasons. Snowstripe and Melanius listened to Russano's story about Lord Brocktree.
It is assumed that either he and/or his sister succeeded their father as ruler of Salamandastron.
