Rowanoak is a hero. If Ballaw is, she is. I keep on putting her under heroes over and over, and my edits just get erased. Also, the only weapon I remember her wielding was a javelin (with launcher).

The correct term is atlatl. It is a long wooden stick with the back end at an angle larger than 90 degrees that one would set a spear, lance, or javelin on top of it in front of the back end. If swung correctly, the spear or javein would go flying into the air and would hit the target one was aiming at.
