Toobil Galedeep was a raucous young male otter member of the outlaw otter clans on Green Isle. He was the son of Kolun and Deedero Galedeep, and one of the couples' 10 children. Toobil and his siblings helped row Kolun's boat, the Rustynail.
Following the defeat of Riggu Felis and the feral cat army, Toobil was the first to see the return of the otter clans (along with the hares of the Long Patrol) to Holt Summerdell. He ran inside the cavern and shouted to Deedero, who promptly picked him up and stepped outside to see for herself.
