Ullig was the sadistic water rat Slave Captain on Marlfox Island. He would whip the slaves mercilessly and often starved them. Unsurprisingly, this led to the slaves hating him. He allied himself with Lantur the Marlfox and Wilce the water rat after Lantur killed Silth. His rank was removed, however, when Mokkan killed Lantur. He and Wilce led the remaining water rats against the escaped slaves and the newly arrived heroes, but failed. He was killed by Nettlebud.
